Depending on when you sign up for the plan, the plan will continue until the full 30 days have passed. Once that time has passed, you will no longer be charged monthly, which means you will no longer have access to your Apple Music Family Library.

If you sign up for a yearly plan and cancel it, you will still get access to the Apple Music Family features for that entire year as long as it has been paid.

If you sign up for a yearly subscription in January and pay the full annual price, you will still have access to your Family Plan until the end of the year, whether or not you cancel it.
